More than two decades of building banking education around the same idea: bankers deserve training that is current, practical, accessible, and easy to use.

This isn't our first education company.

Over more than two decades, Erin O'Donnell and Michael Beird have helped build and scale multiple education businesses serving banks and credit unions. Along the way, they have developed webinars, certification programs, memberships, conferences, digital learning programs, and practical resources for banking professionals.

FI Learning Group brings that experience together in a deliberately simple model: relevant education, experienced instructors, straightforward pricing, and training designed around the problems bankers are actually trying to solve.

What that experience means for our learners

Our history matters only if it makes the education better. These are the principles we bring to every FI Learning Group program.

Current

Banking changes quickly. We focus on topics, risks, and operating questions that matter now—not on building the biggest archive of old courses.

Practical

Training should help someone make a better decision, build a stronger process, answer an examiner, or serve a customer more effectively.

Grounded in banking

Our perspective comes from years of educating bankers and from continuing to work inside the industry, where policies and products have to function in the real world.

Banking education built by people who know the industry.

Experienced enough to know what matters. Close enough to banking to know what matters now.
